I stayed with my wife at Sai Sparsh on 16-17 Nov. Rooms and hotel was very clean. They have ample parking. Lift available. Location is great with Mandir just a small walk away and the markets and eateries just around the corner. The staff is extremely helpful. The service was fast. They have a good restaurant and food rates are very nominal. It's pure veg. A bottle of mineral water, tea, Panjabi dishes and biryanis also good. Taste is also good. Among the cons, the breakfast had very limited options even from a budget hotel perceptive. Poha, upma and idly with tea and coffee. The TV is as good as not since you don't even get basic channels. Only news channels and some unheard ones. There was no hot water at night since solar heater. Overall considering the cost, it is a great value for money. I highly recommend this hotel if traveling to Shirdi.

Dirty bathroom and dirty bedsheets

I used my own blanket so that I didn't have to be in contact with the sheets. It was expensive for what you get - I'd have sooner checked in to the dharmshala for 1/2 the amount for the shower. It was just unpleasant and I felt just as icky coming out of the shower as I did before I had one. The AC was good though

The hotel is close to Sai Baba Temple.So if you want to visit multiple times to the temple you can visit easily. The rooms are spacious and washroom is also big in size. The AC was working fine. Since the hotel has some rooms blocked as a holiday home for some bank so it maintains its quality. I got standard room for 1000 rupees per night. There is a restaurant inside the hotel “Baija Maa ki Rasoi” which has historical significance. There is very huge Parking Space in hotel. Overall I found it to be affordable hotel with all basic facilities .

We stayed here for two days in three rooms on second floor. Rooms are big and spacious with all facilities. Lift is also provided in hotel. Best thing is that temple is very near from this hotel and also in the vicinity of market. Breakfast is not good because of limited options in menu.

I am staying in this hotel continuously from two years.It is neat and clean.Our breakfast was complementary, and i can say that breakfast is very good for people like us i.e. North Indians. Hot water is also available.
